Every real NWS warning in the game can become a trading card. Not warnings like yours — warnings you were in.
How a card gets minted
1 · The storm goes up
A real tornado, severe, or flash-flood warning lands on the map — the same moment it lands on TV.
2 · Everyone piles on
Chasers launch weather balloons into the polygon. The research bar fills, the warning LEVELS, and everything inside pays more — for everyone.
3 · The card mints
Everyone who caught a balloon mints that warning's card — one card, that storm, forever. The top researcher gets the named foil.
4 · Keep it or cash it
Cash it in at any NWS office (the card burns), or slot it in the binder and chase the sets.

7 families · 5 setsThe album is the endgame: every card family has a plate, every completed set has a payout, and the binder itself is a thing you show people.
